Welcome to my Crib!
My name is Andrew, and my initials are AW. The nickname sort of came from a mixture of things but that’s a story for another day..
I am a virtual systems engineer for a major contractor. I spend most of my days designing and building complex IT systems, scaled applications, databases and the infrastructure to support it all. I have been in the IT industry for nearly 15 years. Prior to doing this sort of work I was in the Navy – I was an Aviations Electronics Technician. Since about the age of 5 any kind of electricity and engineering ( or at least destroying my poor mother’s kitchen appliances ) has always been my passion… As I got older and more refined, I can put appliances back together too now, I still have this passion. I work long hard hours at my day job but I dabble in side work doing websites, IT consulting, Network design, virtualization and a lot of the same things on my own time under my own LLC for private smaller companies and regular people. I don’t charge very much for two reasons, one I have a full time job and frankly I am not available during the day to do side work – its all nights and weekends! But second, and more importantly to me – I still have this passion to build create and radically change ( for the better of course ) how small businesses perform day to day operations. I am a thrill seeker and seeing your business grow exponentially and your customers benefit from new cool services provides me with a satisfaction I just don’t get doing my 9-5 on these big huge contracts. Small business is where it’s at! If I could make enough to do this solely then I for sure would – nothing makes me happier than seeing a little pizza place double in sales, or a pet grooming shop showing off their brand new website and photos of the pups to their clients. I have an LLC and I am licensed, insured and would love to schedule a call and see if I can help you and your project out ! Click the contact form below or email sales@adubzcrib.com
Thanks for stopping by – and don’t forget to check out the blog where I post all kinds of useful tips tricks and news, or sometimes I just go rambling on about the industry I love ( it’s free ).
